Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the booking fee paid at the time of booking will be given if cancellation occurs more than 6 weeks before arrival.
A refund of 50% of the booking fee paid at the time of booking will be given if cancellation occurs between 28 and up to 42 days before arrival.
Any cancellations made between 8 and 27 days before the arrival date will be given a credit for the days resold, to be used within 12 months. If the subsequent credited days are cancelled no refund or credit will be given.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will not be credited or refunded under any circumstances.

Days before arrival date Cancellation policy
0 – 7 days 100% Cancellation fee – No refund or credit will be given.
8 – 27 days If cancelled nights are resold, a credit note will be provided which is valid for 12 months. If nights are not resold, 100% cancellation fee applies.
28 – 41 days 50% Cancellation fee.
42 days + A full refund of the booking fee paid.

Cancellation or changes by us, in exceptional circumstances, may result in us having to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either:

  1. Accept the changes offered by us.
  2. Receive a full refund(of the amount paid at the time of booking)

OR

  1. Accept alternative holiday dates with us at the same price. We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control that could affect your booking.
